Terms of Service

These terms govern access to KlipCrew, a creator-clipping service operated by Dima Tactical Group.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By registering, paying for a creator package, submitting content, or participating in a campaign, you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.

2. Creator services

Creator packages provide the clip volume and operational support described at purchase. Services may include briefing, editing, captions, creator review, distribution coordination, and reporting. “Approved clips” means clips accepted through the applicable review workflow; it does not mean any minimum number of views.

3. Organic performance only

KlipCrew does not sell or guarantee views, followers, engagement, revenue, employment, sponsorships, or platform outcomes. Bots, purchased traffic, engagement manipulation, recycled submissions, and stolen content are prohibited.

4. Creator content and permissions

Creators retain ownership of their source content. A creator grants KlipCrew and approved campaign participants a limited, non-exclusive license to store, edit, caption, format, review, and distribute approved content solely to provide the purchased service. Creators must own or control all rights needed for submitted footage, music, trademarks, likenesses, and other material.

5. Review and publishing

KlipCrew will follow the campaign brief and creator instructions available to the team. Creators are responsible for timely approvals. Platform moderation, outages, removals, account restrictions, and algorithm changes are outside KlipCrew’s control.

6. Billing

Creator packages renew monthly through Square until cancelled. Prices shown on KlipCrew are before applicable taxes and payment-processing adjustments displayed at checkout. The cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms.

7. Clip Squad participation

Clipper eligibility, campaign rules, proof requirements, view windows, payout caps, and rates are controlled by the published campaign brief and the Clipper Agreement. Joining the community does not guarantee access to work or earnings.

8. Confidentiality and security

Private creator files, unpublished clips, briefs, access links, payment records, and internal discussions must not be shared outside authorized KlipCrew channels. Users must keep private references and account access secure.

9. Suspension and removal

KlipCrew may pause access, reject work, hold verification, or remove a participant for fraud, manipulation, infringement, harassment, confidentiality breaches, unsafe conduct, or material violation of a campaign brief or these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, KlipCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-controlled losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance where permitted by law. Contact the Operations Manager through the official Discord or your private status page.
